MEN'S GOLF FINISHES SECOND AT THE TILLINGHAST

Individually, sophomore David Morgan carded the best finish of his career, tying for fifth after an even-par 70 today. Quaker Ridge is a par 70, 6,835-yard layout. Junior Matt Anderson and sophomore Simon Nash finished in a tie for eighth. Nash was in third after a 69 on Monday, but dropped to eighth with a 75 in the second round. Anderson shot two straight 72s to record the highest finish of his career.
This was the final tournament for the Golden Gophers in the fall season. They will begin their spring season at the NCAA Shootout in Rio Mar, Puerto Rico on February 24-26.
