Men's Golf Remains in 15th Place at Toyota Championship

All five Golden Gophers improved their scores during the second round. Senior Wilhelm Schauman (Djursholm, Sweden/Victor Rydberg) shot a round of even-par 72 to tie for 37th place with a 146 (+2). Fellow senior Matt Anderson (Edina, Minn./Edina) fired the lowest round for Minnesota thus far in the event with a 1-under 71 to move up to 50th place at 4-over 148. Junior Justin Smith (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) is tied for 59th at 6-over 150 after shooting a round of even-par 72. Juniors David Morgan (Rochester, Minn./Robert L. Stevenson) and Ben Greve (Annandale, Minn./Annandale) are both tied for 72nd place at 156 (+12).
The Toyota Championship will conclude tomorrow.
