Big Ten Swimming and Diving Championships Televised Sunday On CSTV

foThe 2004 Big Ten Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships will be broadcast this Sunday, March 7 on College Sports Television. The men's championships will air at 5 p.m. CST, immediately followed by the women's championships at 6 p.m. The meets were condensed into one-hour specials. They will be re-broadcast Monday, March 8 at 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. CST respectively.

Minnesota captured the men's title at Purdue's Boilermaker Aquatic Center last weekend to win its third conference crown in the last four years. The women's championships, held Feb. 18-21 at the University Aquatic Center on the U of M campus was won by Michigan in exciting fashion, defeating Penn State in the final event of the championships. Minnesota finished fifth.

College Sports Television is available on DirecTV through the premium sports package on channel 610.
