Welcome to the Golden Gophers’ Summer 2007 Fun in the Sun series. Today’s postcard is the final greeting after two and a half weeks of catching up with your Golden Gophers. We hope you enjoyed a glimpse of how your favorite Golden Gophers are spending the summer and we look forward to seeing all of you in The Barn this season!

Hello Gopher fans!!
This is a photo of my team and I at Lindsey J’s house on a summer night. The camp fire was in full swing on this lovely summer evening. The grill was fired up and Lindsey was flipping some mean burgers while everyone else snacked on chips and salsa, veggie trays and more.
After we ate we people decided to play some games while others watched the BET awards. I played a game that was a game that help me get to know some of my teammates a little better, which was so much fun. After the game we played catch in the
backyard with a football, rolled in the grass and did hand stands and flips while others took pictures and laughed!
That night we also where told who are new buddies for the year where going to be! People where bonding and talking to their new buddies around the camp fire.
As the night was coming to an end we all sat around the fire and talked about what we wanted this upcoming year and what our plan of action was going to be ;-). I hope that you guys are just excited as we are to get a jump out on the season. We are looking to have an amazing year...at least that’s what the "PLAN" is. Hope everyone is having a great summer and can't wait to see you all in the FALL!
