Please Note: coaches must follow certain NCAA rules when responding to prospects like yourself, so be advised that the following guidelines may apply if you are a:
High School Junior: communication is limited to mail and email, so please make sure to provide a valid email address.
High School Freshman/Sophomore: coaches cannot respond to email or requests for recruiting information until the September of your Junior year. We will keep your information on file until we can respond.
High School Senior: coaches can respond by email and, after July 1, may initiate one phone call per week and can meet with prospects during an off-campus recruiting trips.
College Transfer: Before responding to any inquiries from current 2 or 4 year college transfers not yet taking classes at Minnesota, we must first obtain permission from your current collegeeven if you are not a student-athlete at that college. You can assist us by asking your college’s Athletic Compliance Office to fax a “Permission to Contact” release form to Minnesota.
