Credentials
Media outlets wishing to obtain credentials to cover the 2010 NCAA Ice Hockey West Regional must apply for credentials through the official NCAA Credential Application website or www.ncaa.com/hockeymedia. The application deadline is Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 4 p.m. (CT).
Media outlets that cover individual teams are asked to wait to apply for credentials until the official 2010 NCAA Ice Hockey Championship bracket is announced on March 21, 2010, and to apply for credentials for the appropriate regional only.
Questions regarding credentials for the NCAA Ice Hockey West Regional should be directed to Garry Bowman, University of Minnesota Director of Athletic Communications, at gbowman@umn.edu or (612) 624-7345. General NCAA Ice Hockey Championship credential questions should be directed to Marc Bedics at the NCAA (mbedics@ncaa.org).
Credential Pick Up
Credential pick up will be at Gate 1 of the Xcel Energy Center. Credentials will be available for pick up from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, March 25, from 2 p.m. (CT) on Friday, March 26, and from 5 p.m. CT on Saturday, March 27.

Wireless Internet access is available in the press box and in the media work room at the Xcel Energy Center free of charge. Media outlets requiring hard line Ethernet access must submit a Telephone/Internet Service Order Form.
Phone Lines
Media outlets requiring telephone service must submit a Telephone/Internet Service Order Form. The cost of standard telephone line (POTTS) installation is $150. ISDN Lines are $300.00. All telephone line connections include the line, labor for installation, and unlimited access to local calls and toll free numbers. All long distance calls will need to be made using the user's personal calling card. All telephone extensions must dial "9" for outside calls.
