Head coach Wendy Davis' Minnesota rowing team has its first road competition of the season on Sunday, as the Golden Gophers' varsity will travel to Rockford, Ill. for the Baird Head of the Rock regatta. Minnesota's varsity 4+ will compete at 11:10 a.m., with the varsity 8+ competing at 3:30 p.m., depending on the weather. Minnesota has A, B and C boats scheduled to compete in each event.
