Minnesota to End Fall Season at Kiawah

After a team win at the Barnabas Health Intercollegiate, Minnesota will close out its fall season at the Wendy's Kiawah Classic in Kiawah Island, S.C. The tournament runs Nov. 3-5 with 18 holes each day.
The Gophers will look to continue their strong play after a team victory at Seton Hall's Barnabas Health Intercollegiate. Jon Trasamar (second at the Barnabas Health tournament), Jose Mendez, Alex Gaugert, Matt Rachey and Tyler Lowenstein make up Minnesota's travel squad for Kiawah.
The field: Minnesota and host Charleston Southern will be joined by Campbell, College of Charleston, Creighton, Elon, George Washington, Jacksonville State, Marquette, Missouri, Presbyterian, Radford, Richmond, South Carolina, Towson, Western Kentucky, Winthrop, Wisconsin and USC Upstate in the 19-team field.
The course: The course at Turtle Point Golf Club is a par-72 playing at 7,100 yards.
Notes: *Minnesota finished sixth at last year's Kiawah Classic with a team score of 912 (+48). Trasamar tied for 11th with a score of 222 (+6).
