Gophers set for final event of fall season

Gophers Head to Madison for Scrimmage

The University of Minnesota women's rowing team will head to Madison this weekend, to compete against Wisconsin and Indiana in a scrimmage. The event will be hosted by the University of Wisconsin, and will be taking place on Saturday, October 25th. This will be Minnesota's last event of the fall, as they attempt to gain momentum heading into the spring season.

Minnesota Rowing vs. Wisconsin & Indiana
 Hosted by the University of Wisconsin
When: This Saturday, October 25th
Time: Races begin at 3:00 p.m. (CST)      
Where: Lake Mendota--Madison, Wisc
Spectators:
Plan A:  UW Porter Boathouse, 680 Babcock Drive, Madison, WI 53706. The lakeshore path is a good place to spectate. 
Plan B: Marshall Park. 2101 Allen Blvd, Madison, WI 53705.  It is about 15 minutes west of the boathouse, off of University Avenue.  This is an alternative site if it's too windy to row out of the boathouse. (North winds above 5pm will probably mean we are at Marshall Park.)
