Gophers Hold No. 6 National Ranking

MINNEAPOLIS - After their second-straight win, a 434.200 to 431.550 road win over Air Force last weekend, the Gophers held onto No. 6 in the GymInfo national rankings this week. Minnesota also moved up a place to the same spot in the coaches poll with an average score of 432.350.
The top five teams in both polls ahead of the Gophers are No. 1 Oklahoma (445.050), No. 2 Michigan (441.900), No. 3 Stanford (434.517), No. 4 Ohio State (434.100), and No. 5 Illinois (434.033).
No. 7 Penn State is one spot below the Gophers in both polls with an average score of 430.517.
