2015 - Senior Season:  All-American honoree - All-Big Ten Second Team honoree - named Academic All-Big Ten honoree - received Gophers' Most Valuable Gymnast Award - M Club Pin Recipient - appeared in all eight regular-season meets plus the Big Ten and NCAA Championships and competed on still rings, parallel bars and high bar - tallied a 15.30 on still rings at the last regular-season home meet and senior night vs. Iowa (3/7) - competed in the Big Ten Championships and registered a 15.275 on still rings, earning 5th place overall in the conference and finished 3rd on parallel bars with a 15.325 (3/28) - competed in the NCAA Championships and tallied a 15.025  on high bar (4/9) - notched a 15.30 on still rings vs. Iowa for first place (3/7) - added a 15.200 on still rings in last regular-season meet of collegiate career (3/15) - earned two first place finishes on high bar with a pair of 14.900s vs. Iowa/Neb and Illinois - finished first on parallel bars vs. Iowa (15.30) (3/7) - Iowa/Neb (15.150) (2/14), UIC/Neb (14.90) (2/7), and Air Force (14.75) (1/24) - earned fourth varsity letter.

2014 - Junior Season:
Named team captain - Academic All-Big Ten honoree and CGA Second Team All-America Scholar-Athlete - received Gophers' Outstanding Championship Competitor Award - finished ninth in the nation on high bar (14.550) as one of four Gophers to compete in the event finals on the final day of the NCAA championships (4/12) - tied for sixth on high bar (14.800) and tied for 18th on parallel bars (14.800) on the second day of the NCAA championships (4/11) - placed third on high bar (14.850, tied for seventh on parallel bars (15.150) and finished 17th on still rings (14.350) at the NCAA Qualifier (4/10) - finished fifth on parallel bars (15.175) and seventh on high bar (14.700) in the Big Ten event finals (3/29) - competed on rings (14.450), parallel bars (season-high 15.350) and high bar (14.700) at the Big Ten team finals (3/28) and advanced to the event finals by placing fourth on parallel bars and tying for 10th on high bar - competed in 11 meets, including the Winter Cup, in three events - earned Louis J. Cooke Award at Alumni Meet (1/11) - scored 14.950 as parallel bars champion and tied career-high on still rings with a 15.150 against Illinois/Nebraska (2/1) - parallel bars champion (15.300) and still rings co-champion (14.850) at Iowa/Nebraska (2/15) - competed on still rings, parallel bars and floor exercise and finished 33rd overall at Winter Cup (2/22) - high bar champion (season-high 15.150) at Penn State (3/1) - earned third varsity letter.

2013 - Sophomore Season: Named team co-captain with Justin Morinishi - named CGA Second Team All-America Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - honored as team's most valuable gymnast - competed in three events in season-opening Windy City Invitational (1/18) where he led the Gophers (tied with Adam LaFleur) with a 14.200 on parallel bars - recorded a 14.050 on high bar, helping Minnesota win the event with a 70.950 (tied with Ohio State) - finished third on high bar at the Big Ten Championships after posting a 15.000 - finished with a score of 14.500 on vault at Nebraska (3/16) - at Oklahoma (2/16), saw career-best finish on parallel bars and high bar - took seventh at the NCAA qualifier on the parallel bars (14.700) - earned second varsity letter.

2012 - Freshman Season: Competed in every meet - earned a then-career high score of 13.900 on rings against UIC (2/25) - scored then-career high of 14.850 on parallel bars against Nebraska/Illinois (3/11) - earned a then-career best score of 14.700 on high bar on day one of the Big Ten Championships, placing third for the day - placed fourth on day two at the Big Ten meet on high bar (14.500) - competed in the NCAA championships, scoring a 14.150 on high bar - earned first varsity letter.

High School/Club: A 2011 graduate of New Berlin Eisenhower High School - won state championship in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 and finished second in 2008 - won regional championship in 2007, 2008 and 2011 and finished third in 2009 - member of the second place team at the 2011 Junior Olympic Nationals and finished fifth in high bar and 17th in all-around - finished 23rd in all-around at the 2007 Junior Olympic Nationals and 28th in 2006 - received the hardest worker award in 2010 and 2011 with club team - named academic all-American in 2008.

Personal: Born December 19, 1992 - son of Mike and Carol Jaciuk - major is Applied Economics and Management in the Inter-College Program.
