Big Ten Release | Full BTN Baseball/Softball Coverage Schedule
CHICAGO - The Big Ten Network announced its 2014 softball coverage schedule Wednesday, including four games featuring the No. 16/19 Minnesota, with the possibility of adding more during the final weekend of competition.
The Gophers' doubleheader at Iowa April 8, originally scheduled for April 9, will air live on the network. That day's first game begins at 3 p.m. CT. Minnesota's final two games of its three-game series against Michigan in Ann Arbor will also be televised. The teams' April 19 contest will begin at 6 p.m. CT and will air live, while the first pitch in the April 20 series finale will be at noon CT. That game will air on a tape delay.
BTN will select "wild card" games during the final regular season weekend of competition to air on the network as well. Additionally, seven games from the Big Ten Tournament (May 9-11) held in Evanston, Ill., will also run on the Big Ten Network.
