Highlights: Gopher Duals

Minnesota started the 2015-16 season 3-0 with a trio of victories in last Saturday's Gopher Duals at Williams Arena. The Gophers sweep in the event gave the program at least three straight victories to begin the season for the fourth consecutive year.
Minnesota began the day, and the regular season, with a dominant 31-3 victory over Grand Canyon. The Gophers followed up by winning its final three matches against Virginia to surge to a 19-15 win over the Cavaliers. The Maroon and Gold wrapped up the day with a 20-13 win over South Dakota State.
Already three duals into its season, Minnesota will add three more this Sunday when it competes against No. 5 Lehigh, No. 12 N.C. State and No. 13 North Carolina at the Northeast Duals.
