Zhou Named Big Ten Diver of the Week

ROSEMOUNT, Ill. - In her first season with the Golden Gophers, sophomore Yu Zhou has been named Big Ten Diver of the Week for the third time by the league office. Other accolades were awarded this week to Wisconsin's Ivy Martin and Ohio State's Brittany Menninger.
Zhou swept the springboard diving events at the 2015 Minnesota Challenge. Placing first on both the one-meter and three-meter, she secured two NCAA Zone Diving qualifying scores. Zhou totaled 328.80 points on the one-meter bard and collected 365.10 points in the three-meter event.
Zhou will next compete at the 2015 Big Ten Championships next week, February 18-21, at Ohio State.
