 Final Stats 
The No. 23 University of Minnesota volleyball team earned a 3-0 win (25-12, 25-12, 25-17) over Bryant University, today in Charleston, S.C. With the win, the Golden Gophers improve to 6-2 overall this season. 
 As a team, Minnesota hit .422 while it limited the Bulldogs to .118. The Gophers out blocked Bryant 12-3 while they held a 43-30 kill advantage. 
 Paige Tapp led all athletes with 14 kills, committed just one error in 17 attempts, to hit a season-best .765. Daly Santana had 12 kills in 24 attempts (.417), while Molly Lohman had seven kills in 11 swings and a match-high eight total blocks. Dalianliz Rosado had 15 digs, also a match best. Samantha Seliger-Swenson added a match-high 35 assists. 
 Minnesota competes twice tomorrow when it faces Sam Houston State at 9:30 a.m. CT, followed by a 6 p.m. CT tilt against host institution College of Charleston. 
 Set 1: Minnesota hit .600 in the first set to earn a 25-12 win and a 1-0 lead. Minnesota had 13 kills and committed just one error, while it held Bryant to .077. Individually, Santana, Paige Tapp and Hannah Tapp each had three kills, all of which hit .750 in the set. Minnesota opened the set with a 10-3 lead and later gained a 13-5 lead off a kill from Hannah Tapp. Minnesota later pushed the lead to 17-8 off a Paige Tapp kill. As the Gophers lead 19-11, Bryant called a timeout, but the Gophers rattled off another four points during Seliger-Swenson’s serve rotation, including an ace for a 23-11 lead. Minnesota closed out the set with a Bryant ball handling error and a Hannah Tapp kill to go up, 1-0. 
 Set 2: The Gophers hit .538 in the second set as Paige Tapp went a perfect five kills on five attempts as the Gophers won, 25-12. Santana added four in the set in eight attempts. As a team, the Gophers collected five blocks. Minnesota opened the second set with a 5-0 run on Lohman’s serve rotation. As Minnesota held a 9-2 lead, the Bulldogs called a timeout. Bryant would close the set to 13-9, but Minnesota had back-to-back kills from Alyssa Goehner and Paige Tapp for a 17-11 lead as Bryant used its second timeout. The Gophers pushed the score to 22-11 off kills from Santana and Seliger-Swenson, 23-11 off a Lohman/Santana block, a Lohman kill and a bad Bryant set to go up, 2-0.
 Set 3: Although Bryant added all three of its blocks in the third set, Minnesota capitalized on four blocks of its own and 15 kills to win the set, 25-17 and the match, 3-0. Paige Tapp had six kills in eight swings, while Lohman added a solo block and a block assists as she hit .429. As the two teams were tied, 7-7, Minnesota went on a 7-2 run for a 14-9 lead. The Gophers would later go up 21-15 off a Lohman kill, while she and Santana combined for a block before she put up her solo block. That run caused the Bulldogs to call another timeout. The Maroon and Gold went up 23-17 on another Lohman kill before Bryant committed two errors for the 25-17 final.
