GopherSports.com received a second dispatch from junior Riley Johnson on Saturday night. Not only did he shoot a 68, but he also had some amazing pizza for dinner.

Day 4 is in the books, and I'll tell you it was one that I and the rest of the team will never forget.

Bed time was pretty early last night because we were all tuckered out, but we got another long and well rested sleep! After a little Golf Channel in the morning, we were on the way to the course. All 5 guys packed in the van listening to our favorite Hawaiian radio station that constantly played what seemed to be a mix of Jason Mraz and John Mayer songs with the ukulele in the background. Tommy Boy was not having it because he wanted to listen to his hip hop beats to get him going. Well, it seemed to work for him! Yes, a 63 today out of the young gun, loose cannon, freshman. It was a calm day out in the course and low rounds were sure to be shot. We Gophers took full advantage of the great weather and we knew that today was going to be a good day. One more round to go in the great state of Hawaii and I'm somewhat indifferent about the last day. I may just email my professors and tell them I'm going to take online classes and stay in Hawaii.

After the round we slithered our sunburnt bodies into the van, headed back to the hotel, until Doeden spotted a Taco Bell connected with a Pizza Hut and I'll tell you we weren't just going to let that slip by us. After some Crunchwrap Supremes, some Gordita Crunches, and personal pan pepperoni pizzas we quickly went back to the hotel changed into our speedos (just kidding we aren't that bold) and went to the beach.

All of us got our snorkeling gear on and checked out the coral reefs that line the beaches of Hawaii. We saw some sea turtles and some colorful fish. Pretty amazing for only looking out our windows in Minnesota and seeing squirrels and birds. After sucking in salt water the whole afternoon we left the beach and can't wait to be back tomorrow!

At night, we headed to the Lahaina strip to eat ourselves a couple of pizzas and explore Hawaiian culture! I'm a pizza enthusiast and this pizza was the best pizza I have ever had (Lahaina Pizza Co.).

If you ever go to Hawaii you will have a blast. Talk to your travel agents right now and get the ball rolling. What a tough life we live as a collegiate golfer, huh? That sums up day 4 in Hawaii and we can't wait to get up in the morning and get after it! Hang loose!!
