Minor Leagues
Austin Athmann (West Michigan Whitecaps/Class A) - Athmann appeared in three games this week, collecting two hits in each game, driving in a run and scoring four times while striking out just once in 13 at-bats.
Matt Fiedler (Peoria Chiefs/Class A) - Fiedler also collected a hit in every game this week, kicking off a four-game hitting streak with a double, three walks, and a run score in that same stretch.
Lucas Gilbreath (Grand Junction Rockies/Rookie) - Gilbreath returned to the mound after a week of inactivity, tossing 5.0 innings and allowing four runs on seven hits while striking out three on Monday against Idaho Falls.
Brian Glowicki (Eugene Emeralds/Class A-Short) - Glowicki made two appearances on the week, totaling 3.0 innings. He struck out four with just one earned run allowed on five hits.
Tyler Hanson (Boise Hawks/Class A-Short) - Hanson worked 3.0 innings on Monday, surrendering two earned runs on five hits, striking out three.
Jordan Jess (Bradenton Marauders/Class A-Advanced) - Jess had his best outing to date at High-A on Wednesday night, working 2.0 hitless innings and striking out two.
Ben Meyer (Jupiter Hammerheads/Class A-Advanced) - Meyer made two appearances including one start this week. He worked 5.0 innings, allowing two earned runs on six hits while striking out five.
Seth Rosin (Richmond Flying Squirrels/Double-A) - Rosin made three relief appearances this week. He struck out five in 4.0 innings, allowing one earned on a home run while scattering four hits.
Dalton Sawyer (Stockton Ports/Class A-Advanced) - Sawyer returned from the disabled list with a start on Tuesday, working 5.0 shutout innings while striking out four.
DJ Snelten (Sacramento River Cats/Triple-A) - Snelten toed the rubber once this week, working 2.1 shutout innings with two hits allowed and three strikeouts.And a happy day it continues to be! Tom Windle (Reading Fightin Phils/Double-A) - Windle made two appearances this week, striking out three in 3.0 innings as Reading combined for a shutout victory on Sunday. Thursday night, he allowed one run but struck out three more in 2.0 innings.

Dan Lyons (Long Island Ducks) - Lyons celebrated his birthday Monday with a home run to help lift the Ducks over Sugar Land. He went 10-for-26 with three runs scored, four RBIs, and a walk on the week.

Nate Hanson (St. Paul Saints) - Hanson collected a hit in 5-of-7 games on the week, driving in four runs and walking three times. He also scored a pair of runs for the Saints, who head into the final week of the regular season next week.
Dan Motl (Sioux Falls Canaries) - Motl heated up this week, also with hits in five games including a 3-for-5 game with a double on Wednesday night against Fargo-Moorhead. This week he scored five runs on two doubles and stole four bases.
