CRCA/US Rowing Coaches Poll (May 16, 2018)
After spending much of the 2018 season among the teams receiving votes outside of the top 20 in the College Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA)/USRowing Coaches Poll, the Gopher Rowing team finished its year as the 20th ranked team in the country in the poll released this week.
No. 20 Minnesota finished sixth in the Big Ten Championship last week and, not coincidentally, is one of six B1G teams ranked in the poll this week. League champion Ohio State ranked third entering the national title competition, while No. 1 Washington holds 24-of-25 first place votes. No. 2 California kept the Huskies from being a unanimous choice with the final top pick.
