Mannon Takes Third on Pommel Horse at USA Championships

It was a retro pommel horse performance for former NCAA champion Ellis Mannon at the USA Championships this past weekend. He took third on the event with a two-day total of 28.850. 
 
Mannon was representing Minnesota alongside recently turned alum Jalon Stephens and current Gopher Shane Wiskus at the championships. They were competing with the top gymnasts in the entire country with spots on the USA Senior National Team on the line. 

Mannon notched a 14.450 on pommel horse on day one and a 14.400 on day two. 
 
Wiskus brought home seventh on high bar with a 26.600 two-day total. The NCAA All-American also took home a 13th place finish on rings highlighted by a 13.800 on the second day of competition. Wiskus finished 20th in all-around. 
 
Stephens finished 16th on rings with a 26.300 two-day total. His 26.050 two-day total on high bar was good for 13th while pumping up the crowd throughout the weekend.
