Registration Opens for Minnesota Baseball Alumni Weekend

MINNEAPOLIS - Registration for Minnesota Baseball Alumni Weekend is now open. The event take place from September 27-28.
Over the course of two days, former Gopher players are invited to join the team for a handful of events on campus beginning with the Pro Alumni Game on Friday, Sept. 27 at 6:30pm. The weekend's festivities will be open to all alumni of the baseball program, with the Pro Alumni Game being comprised of former Gophers who went on to become professional players in the sport.
"I am thrilled to be bringing back the Pro Alumni Game to Siebert Field," said Head Coach John Anderson. "We are always standing on the shoulders of others when it comes to our history and tradition and to welcome back those that have made Gopher Baseball what it is today is very important to me and to the fabric of the program. Alumni Weekend will be a special time for our alumni, student-athletes and fans to not only connect to the past but also look forward to the future as we celebrate our history with this wonderful event."
Following the Pro Alumni Game, Saturday will feature a golf tournament, Athletes Village tours and an Alumni Dinner Social and Banquet. Below is the itinerary for every event taking place over the course of Alumni Weekend.
Friday, September 27: Opening Ceremony @ 5:00pm
Friday, September 27: Pro Alumni Game @ 6:30pm
Saturday, September 28: Alumni Golf Tournament (time TBD)
Saturday, September 28: Athletes Village Tours (time TBD)
Saturday, September 28: Alumni Dinner Social @ 5:00pm
Saturday, September 28: Alumni Dinner Banquet @ 6:00pm
