MINNEAPOLIS - The 2021 NCAA Championships have officially come to a close after another day of action at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The Minnesota women's swimming and diving program finished the competition with 40 team points, good for a 24th place finish overall.

The lone Gopher competing today was freshman Megan Van Berkom, who took on the 200 butterfly in her second event of the contest. Van Berkom ultimately missed the night's finals session, touching 44th overall in the morning's preliminary session in a time of 1:59.33.

The end of the day four marked the finale of the Gopher women's 2021 championship season, after what can only be described as an overall successful championship. After taking a redshirt over her 2019-20 season to train for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, diving superstar Sarah Bacon claimed two NCAA titles in her return to the collegiate national stage, while two up and coming freshmen in Van Berkom and Megan Phillip got a taste of what's to come over their upcoming years with Minnesota.

The following list outlines each Gopher's performances at this year's NCAAs.
