Boynton Earns All-USHL Honors

Boynton led the USHL in regular-season wins and shutouts this season.

MINNEAPOLIS – Signed Gopher Hockey prospect Brennan Boynton has been named to the 2020-21 All-USHL Third Team after completing his junior career with the Fargo Force. 

A native of Champlin, Minn., Boynton led the USHL in regular-season wins (26) and shutouts (three) while posting a 2.43 GAA and a .901 save percentage in 46 appearances before leading the Force to the USHL Clark Cup finals. The goaltender shared Fargo's Ace Brandt Most Valuable Player honor with fellow signed University of Minnesota prospect Aaron Huglen.

He previously played four seasons in net at Champlin Park High School along with a brief stint with the Brookings Blizzard in the NAHL.
