MINNEAPOLIS - Single-match tickets for Minnesota wrestling's 2024-25 season are on sale as of Thursday morning at 9 a.m. In addition, the promotional schedule was also unveiled.

Ticket prices start as low as $12.50 and can be purchased at GopherSports.com. Season tickets are also available for purchase.

The Golden Gophers, ranked ninth in the Intermat Dual Poll, are scheduled to host six dual meets this season at Maturi Pavilion, beginning Nov. 15 against Bucknell. Students in attendance will receive free Chick-fil-A sandwiches (while supplies last).

The other non-conference matchup comes against Campbell on Nov. 24 in the team's annual Salute to Service match. In addition, the day will also serve as Alumni Day and Goldy's Kids Club and Youth Day. After the match, the Gophers team will be signing autographs.

The Big Ten slate starts with Michigan on Jan. 19 for High School/Club Team Day, as well as Fan Appreciation Day, which features prize giveaways.

Rutgers visits on Feb. 2 for Senior Day, as well as Educator Appreciation Day and GopherMania. Light sticks and GopherMania posters will be distributed to fans.

A matchup with Purdue is for Feb. 9 on Takedown Cancer Day. Students will get free pizza, and a tailgating prize pack will be given out.

The regular season concludes with Iowa on Feb. 14, which will be Student Appreciation Night, featuring prize drops for students.

Minnesota returns seven starters, including 2024 All-Americans Isaiah Salazar and Vance VomBaur, for the 2024-25 season. Other returning national qualifiers include fifth-year senior Andrew Sparks, redshirt juniors Blaine Brenner, Drew Roberts and Bennett Tabor, and sophomore Tyler Wells

In addition, the team welcomes in three transfers in Tommy Askey (release), Cooper Flynn (release) and Clayton Whiting (release), plus a freshman class that brings in an additional eight newcomers. Minnesota also brings back three additional wrestlers that started at least one dual a year ago.
