The senior made his first six shots, including three from long-range, and had 16 of the Gophers' first 25 points.

Patterson connected on a three from the top of the key to put the Gophers up 32-16, but ORU extended its run to 16-5 and pulled within 34-24 with 2:06 left in the half. Layups from Fox and Garcia sent the Gophers to the locker room with a 38-24 advantage.
