Gophers Set For Final Regular Season Tournament Monday

MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota men's golf team is set to compete in its final regular season tournament of the spring season Monday at the High Meadows Intercollegiate in Sylvania, Ohio.
The two-day, 54-hole stroke play tournament will take place at the High Meadows Golf Club. Live stats will be available on GolfGenius.com or the link above.
The Field:
The Gophers will be competing against conference rival and 18th-ranked Illinois, as well as host-Bowling Green, Bucknell, Indian Hills Community College, Miami (OH), Niagara, North Dakota State, Ohio, St. Francis, St. Thomas, Toledo and Youngstown State.
The Lineup:
Representing the Maroon and Gold will be graduate senior Jacob Pedersen, senior Ben Warian, juniors Bennett Swavely and Eduardo Galdos, and sophomore Cormac Sharpe. Sophomores Jack Wetzel and Mason Roloff will be competing as individuals.
Last Time Out:
Senior Ben Warian led the Gophers last week in Columbia, Mo., at the Tiger Collegiate with a tie for 10th. The Gophers finished tied for ninth place overall with a score of 9-over par.
