Wrestling Home Opener Shifting to Williams Arena

MINNEAPOLIS – No. 10 Minnesota wrestling's home opener against South Dakota State on Nov. 25 will shift venues to historic Williams Arena, it was announced Tuesday.
With Gopher Volleyball hosting a match in Maturi Pavilion on Wednesday, Nov. 26, wrestling will move next door for the first time since a dual with Augustana on Dec. 1, 2022. Match time against the Jackrabbits is set for 7 p.m.
Single-match tickets go on sale Thursday Nov. 6, and seats for the home opener will be mostly general admission. Season ticket holders will be located in sections 104-108, and single dual purchasers will be located in sections 114-118.
