The schedule features six home meets, including the Women’s Big Ten Championships.

MINNEAPOLIS – The University of Minnesota Swimming and Diving program has officially announced their 2025-26 schedule, currently including five regular season contests and the Women's Big Ten Championships all hosted at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center.

"We have put together a schedule that should go a long way in preparing us for the championship meets of February and March! We are very excited to compete in the Dual Meet Tournament hosted by GA Tech in mid October. It will be a great early test!" said Director of Swimming and Diving, Kelly Kremer.

The Golden Gophers will open up their season with home pool advantage on Oct. 10, hosting a tri-dual against Nebraska and South Dakota before hitting the road to take on the Georgia Tech Dual Meet Tournament in a two day contest starting on Oct. 17.

Gopher senior day will take place on Nov. 7 in a border battle dual with Wisconsin, leading into the conclusion of the first half of their season with the Minnesota Invitational spanning from Dec. 4 through Dec. 6.

A trip down to the sunshine state for a contest with Tampa on Jan. 3, and a road trip over to Evanston, Illinois for a Big Ten tri-dual with Northwestern and Purdue highlight their second half schedule before returning home for the First Chance Meet in Jean K. Freeman on Feb. 6 and Feb. 7.

Championship season kicks off in late February with the Gophers playing host to the Women's Big Ten Championships, beginning on Feb. 18 and spanning over four days. The men will head over to Wisconsin as the University of Wisconsin Madison will host the Men's Big Ten Championships, beginning on Feb. 25.

Athletes will have one final chance to qualify for the NCAA championships in late February and early March with the Women's Last Chance Meet set for Feb. 28 and the Men's Last Chance Meet set for Mar. 7. Times and locations for these meets have yet to be determined.

Georgia Tech is set to host both the Men's and Women's NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships this year at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The Women's meet will take place Mar. 18-21 and the Men's meet will take place Mar. 25-28.
