Cross Country

Ran in one meet for the Maroon & Gold, placing 35th at the Oz Memorial (23:29.3).

Indoor Track & Field

Competed in the mile run with one win and a pair of top-10 finishes.
Picked up the win in the mile at the UST Invite with a time of 4:25.46.
Ran his best time of the year at the Jack Johnson Classic, clocking a 4:21.09 to place 11th.
Added a eighth-place finish at the Snowshoe Open (4:25.83).

Outdoor Track & Field

Competed in the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters with three top-10 finishes.
Finished fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Tomcat Twilight with a time of 3:58.91, his best time of the year.
Added a 10th-place showing in the 1,500 meters at the Minnesota Men's Twilight.
Also finished fourth in the 800 meters at the Hamline Invite (1:57.13).

2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country

Redshirted the 2017 cross country campaign.
Ran in two meets as an unattached competitor.
Opened the year with a 53rd-place showing at the Oz Memorial (22:23.3).
Finished 135th at the Roy Griak Invitational (29:25.0).

Indoor Track & Field

Redshirted the 2018 indoor track & field season.
Competed unattached at the UST Invite, finishing as the runner-up in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:35.78.

Outdoor Track & Field

Redshirted the 2018 outdoor track & field season.
Competed unattached in three 1,500 meter races with top-10 finishes at the Bolstorff Twilight (third, 4:09.35) and the Tomcat Twilight (ninth, 4:02.43.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2017 graduate of Arlington High School • National Scholastic Athletics Foundation All-American at the New Balance National Indoors • three-time all-state honoree • competed as a prep for Stephen Arnett • won eight conference titles including four-straight 4x800 meter relay crowns and back-to-back titles in the 1,600 meters • captured four conference titles as a senior (4x800 meter relay, 1,600 meters, 1,000 meters, 600 meters) • part of Arlington's school record in the 4x800 meter relay (7:40.6) • earned a spot on the Principal's List four years in a row and a four-year Scholar Athlete at Arlington • also played AAU basketball and was an all-league soccer player at Arlington.

Born in Rochester, Minn. • native of Poughquag, N.Y. • son of Dave and Kari Morrison • has one brother, Steve, who runs at Marist • father was a three-time All-American distance runner (twice in cross country, once in track) for the Gophers • enjoys hiking and outdoor activies • lists qualifying for the NYRR Millrose Games mile as a senior as his most memorable sports experience • plans to major in computer science/finance.
