2021 | SENIOR SEASON
Was named team captain by his teammates for the 2021 season • 2021 Nissen-Emery Award winner • NCAA Champion on still rings and parallel bars • finished second overall in the NCAA all-around competition • earned NCAA All-American honors on floor (No. 2 in the nation), pommel horse (No. 8 in the nation), still rings (No. 1 in the nation), parallel bars (No. 1 in the nation), high bar (No. 2 in the nation), and in all-around (No. 2 in the nation) • named a CGA All-American in the all-around, floor exercise, still rings, parallel bars, and high bar • Academic All-Big Ten honoree • named Big Ten Co-Champion for the all-around competition at the Big Ten Championships following a career high score of 84.700 • also captured his first four (including all-around) Big Ten individual championships by additionally winning the floor exercise (14.750), parallel bars (14.400) and high bar (14.050) titles • named as the Big Ten Gymnast of the Championships following his performance at the Big Ten Championships • represented the Maroon & Gold at the 2021 Winter Cup • finished in fourth in the all-around competition portion of the Winter Cup, retaining his spot on the US Senior National Team • finished on the podium in five out of six events at the competition, including a first place finish on floor exercise • was named CGA Specialist of the Week and Big Ten Co-Gymnast of the Week for his performance at the Winter Cup • won the all-around title against Penn State by posting a score of 84.050 • won a total of three event titles against the Nittany Lions, with the events being on floor (14.800), pbars (14.750), and high bar (14.350) • recorded career highs on floor exercise (15.100) and in the all-around (86.460) at the NCAA Championship Qualifiers.

2020 | JUNIOR SEASON
Named 2020 season CGA MVP • earned CGA all-around (No. 1), parallel bars (No. 2) and rings (No. 4) All-American honors • team captain • Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar selection • appeared in four regular season meets while also representing the USA as a Senior National Team member • competed all-around and ended the season as the country's best all-arounder (83.467 NQA) • held team season highs on floor (14.650), pommel horse (13.650), rings (14.450) and parallel bars (15.100) • four-time Big Ten and CGA Gymnast of the Week • made junior debut at Windy City Invitational and came away with all-around (83.550), floor (14.200) and parallel bars (14.300) titles, also took second on rings (13.900) and third on pommel horse (13.500) • captured consecutive all-around (84.600), floor (14.650) and p-bars (15.100) titles against Illinois, with all-around and p-bars setting new career highs and would hold to be the second-highest scores in the country all season on both events • also added silvers on rings (13.950) and vault (14.250) against Illinois • had a season-high 13.650 on pommel horse to bring home the gold at Iowa, along with a season-high score of 13.700 on high bar for second place • competed at the 2020 USA Gymnastics Winter Cup Challenge with fellow Gophers teammate Mike Moran in February • finished second all-around (84.550) only behind two-time Olympian and fellow World Team Member Sam Mikulak to retain his national team spot, also tied for second on vault (28.750) • ended collegiate season at Michigan and brought home all-around (82.300), rings (14.450) and p-bars (14.600) titles, setting a new career high on rings • also took third on vault with a season-high 14.550

2019 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Competed all-around • first Gopher gymnast since John Roethlisberger (1990-93) to receive consecutive Big Ten Gymnast of the Year awards • parallel bar national champion • national all-around runner-up for the second year in a row • three-time All-American (parallel bars, all-around, vault) • First Team All-Big Ten selection • three-time Big Ten Gymnast of the week winner • owned Minnesota's season high scores on floor (14.550), rings (14.350), parallel bars (14.900) and high bar (14.400) • set and broke new career highs on high bar for three consecutive weeks in the regular season • named Minnesota's Most Valuable Gymnast • Academic All-Big Ten recipient • opened the season at Rocky Mountain Open and took second on horse (14.100) • placed second on high bar (13.900), fourth all-around (79.500) at Windy City Invitational • earned a trio of second place finishes vs. Michigan on pommel horse (13.450), parallel bars (14.300) and all-around (82.900) and took third on high bar (13.550) • took the all-around (82.400), rings (13.700) and parallel bars (14.350) and high bar (13.550) crowns at Iowa • posted career highs en route to event titles on vault (14.800), parallel bars (14.800) and high bar (14.200) vs. Arizona State and UMN Club, also placed third on pommel horse (13.500) • took p-bars title at Nebraska with a score of 14.250 and also placed third on high bar with a 13.900 • recorded a then-career high of 83.750 for the all-around title at Illinois, also placed second on high bar (14.250) and third on horse (13.350) • set a new career high all-around (84.350) and also broke his high bar high set the week before (14.350) for event titles at Ohio State, also won gold on rings (14.350) and silvers on floor with a career-high 14.550 and vault (14.700) • set another career-best on high bar (14.400) for the third consecutive week and earned the event title vs. Air Force, also took gold on p-bars with a career-high 14.900 • closed out the regular season vs. Penn State and Iowa with a floor (14.200) and all-around titles (83.400), also took second on p-bars (14.350) and high bar (13.700) • advanced on p-bars, floor and vault at Big Ten Championships and was Minnesota's lone medal-winner, placing third on p-bars (14.150) • also placed fifth all-around to be named First Team All-Big Ten • advanced to Championship Saturday at NCAAs as an individual, where he earned Minnesota's first national championship since 2014 on parallel bars with a score of 14.200, also placed second all-around (84.199) and sixth on vault (14.700) for three All-American honors

2018 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed all-around • named CGA Rookie of the Year • B1G Gymnast and Freshman of the Year • won seven B1G Freshman of the Week Honors • First Team All-B1G Selection • All-American on rings, high bar, and the national runner-up all-around • began career with an 81.250 all-around score at Windy City Invitational • debuted with a 14.150 on floor, a 14.00 on p-bars, and a 13.800 on rings in career debut • compiled an overall score of 82.550 Jan. 27 with a 14.200 on vault and a 13.950 on p-bars • Hit a career-best 14.700 on vault and 14.400 on p-bars Feb. 3 at Air Force • recorded a 14.700 on floor, a 14.400 on p-bars, and a 14.300 on vault Feb. 10 against Illinois, working toward an 82.500 all-around score • competed all-around and notched an 83.050 March 18 against California, which included a 14.750 on vault and 14.000 on high bar • on March 24 in Nebraska, had another 83.050 all-around with a 14.050 on vault and a 14.650 on p-bars • posted a 13.950 on day one of the B1G Championships, which earned him a spot in the day two competition • at NCAA Championships, had a 13.866 on high bar which took seventh • had a fourth-place 13.866 at NCAA Championships on rings.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
Selected as a US Senior National Team Member in summer 2019 • went on to be selected for the 2019 World Championships team, his first ever, and was the youngest on the squad for the U.S. and the only active college gymnast • at Worlds in Stuttgart, Germany, helped the United States punch its ticket to the team final and for Tokyo 2020 in the qualifying round by counting scores on floor (13.466), pommel horse (12.866) and high bar (14.166) • hit both his high bar (13.533) and floor (14.266) routines in the team final to go six-for-six total at Worlds and help the U.S. finish in fourth place • was selected to compete alongside Sam Mikulak at the 2020 American Cup in Milwaukee, Wis. as the United States' Wildcard entry • in his first appearance at the competition, took fourth all-around (82.797) and posted top five finishes on four events, including a silver on floor behind Mikulak (14.033) and bronze on vault (14.366)

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
Considered the number one recruit in his class • member of the U.S. Junior National Team • qualified to compete in the senior division at the 2017 P&G Championships • earned gold in the senior all-around competition at the University of Calgary International Cup • was the junior national all-around champion at the 2016 P&G Championships as well as the national all-around champion at the 2016 Junior Olympic National Championships • was national champion on four events at the 2016 P&G Championships (FX,V,PB, & HB) while achieving vice-champion status on the other two events (PH & SR).
