Skated in 110 career games for the University of Minnesota after beginning his college career at Ohio State • tallied 37 career points (13 goals, 24 assists) • served as team captain as a senior • the first third generation player in Gopher Hockey history • three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection • three-year letter winner • wore No. 29 for the Gophers for his first three years with the program before changing to No. 2 as a senior -- the number worn by his grandfather.

2019-20 | SENIOR SEASON 
Team captain • skated in 35 games as a senior for the Maroon & Gold during the 2019-20 campaign • recorded 14 points (four goals, 10 assists) in his final season with the Gophers, setting new career highs for points and assists • also posted a career-best +7 rating and led Minnesota with 68 blocked shots over the season • notched the game-winning goal in Minnesota's 4-1 win over St. Cloud State to win the Mariucci Classic, earning Mariucci Classic All-Tournament Team honors • the 2019-20 season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns as Minnesota prepared for the Big Ten tournament semifinals • Academic All-Big Ten • earned third letter • named the recipient of Minnesota's Elwin "Doc" Romnes Leadership & Sportsmanship Award.

2018-19 | JUNIOR SEASON
Skated in all 38 games as a junior for the Maroon & Gold during the 2018-19 season • recorded new career highs for points (13), goals (five), assists (eight) and blocks (70) • led Minnesota and finished eighth in the Big Ten in blocked shots • team was 9-2-0 when he recorded a point, 4-1-0 when he recorded a goal and 6-1-0 when he recorded an assist • set a new career best with points in four-straight games • recorded his second career multi-point performance with two assists in a 4-3 win at Michigan on Dec. 8 and notched his third multi-point performance with a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win over Arizona State on March 1 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned Minnesota's John Mayasich Outstanding Student-Athlete Award • earned second letter. 

2017-18 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Skated in 37 games during his first season on the ice for the Gophers • recorded 10 points (four goals, six assists) • four of his 10 points came on game-winning goals • team was 4-0-0 when he recorded a goal and 7-2-0 when he had a point • notched his first collegiate point with an assist on the game-winning goal against Union on Oct. 7, 2017 • scored his first collegiate goal in a 4-0 win over Michigan State on Nov. 4, 2017 • posted a pair of assists against Notre Dame on Nov. 25, 2017 for his first career multi-point game • picked up the game-winning goal against Army West Point in a 4-1 win on Dec. 30, 2017 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned first letter.

JUNIORS/HIGH SCHOOL
A 2014 graduate of Edina High School • led the Hornets to two-straight MSHSL Class AA state championships in 2013 and 2014 • served as team captain • closed out his prep career with 38 points (12 goals, 26 assists) in 30 games during the 2013-14 season including a team-high eight points (four goals, four assists) in the state tournament • recorded 23 points (10 goals, 13 assists) during the 2012-13 season and had 22 points (seven goals, 15 assists) during the 2011-12 campaign • also played golf at Edina High School and served as team captain for the 2014 state championship team • split the 2014-15 season in the USHL between the Sioux Falls Stampede and the Madison Capitols – totaling 16 points (eight goals, eight assists) in 43 games • also played four games with Sioux Falls during the 2013-14 season with two assists and competed in two games with the Lincoln Stars during the 2012-13 season • skated with Gopher teammates Ryan Zuhlsdorf, Cullen Munson and Garrett Wait at Edina.
