Team Information
PRACTICEThe course will be installed and available for practice on Friday. Race day traffic pattern will be the practice pattern as well please review course map(page 9). As of now we are planning to provide one launch per team for practice on Friday the 1st.
A UMN Rowing or Events Staff will be onsite for trailer arrivals to aid with parking. If there are any changes to who will be driving your team trailer please notify UMN Rowing Staff as soon as possible with updated contact details.
PARKING
Trailer Parking
As of now our plan is to have trailers park in the grass areas of the park near the beach front. We are currently waiting for final approval from the park. If we do not receive approval we will use the Phalen Beach House lot for trailer parking.
Bus Parking
As of now our plan is to have team vehicles and buses park at the Phalen Beach House parking lots. We will send a parking plan for race day closer to the event.
ON SITE WATER AND RESTROOM FACILITIES
We are waiting to see if park services will open onsite restrooms by the event, generally they are not open until Memorial Day. Minnesota Events Staff will have portable restrooms onsite for teams and spectators.
Drinking fountains, like park restrooms, may not be operating at the time of the race. Until we have further information it is recommended for all teams to plan on not having access to running water on site.
SECURITY
Security will be provided overnight from Friday May 1st at 6:00 PM to Saturday May 2nd at 6:00 AM.

MEDIA NEEDS
Timing/Results Results will be submitted by Minnesota after the regatta to row2k and the NCAA Results Reporting Site.
FACILITY NEEDS
If your team requires facilities to shower after competition please make sure you indicate so on the Travel Information Form(page 6). Visiting teams will have access to showering facilities on UMN Campus. Location will be determined closer to the event and dependent on the number of teams that request showers.
