2023 | SUMMER Appeared in 23 games hitting .162/.293/.206 for the Mankato Moondogs · tallied 12 walks, eight runs and three RBI. Game Highlights: Went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored vs. Thunder Bay (May 29) and again vs. Waterloo (July 6).
2023 | FRESHMAN Made 10 appearances, including two starts as a true freshman in 2023 · slashed .200/.200/.290 with two RBI. Game Highlights: Tallied an RBI against Saint Louis (Feb. 26) · had his first career hit, an RBI single against Purdue (April 8) · appeared and got at-bats vs. Iowa (April 15) and Nebraska (April 29) · singled at No. 19 Maryland (May 13) · started in right field at Maryland (May 14).
2022 | SUMMER Played for the Mankato Moondogs, appearing in 13 games and hitting .327 (17-for-52) · had four RBI, eight runs and six walks · totaled four multi-hit games, inlcuding a three-hit performance at Willmar on Aug. 5.
BEFORE MINNESOTA A 2022 graduate of Hayfield Community School · a pitcher and outfielder for Hayfield, Fritcher has been as valuable as any player in program history · the 2021 Post Bulletin All-Area Player of the Year hit .543 as a junior with eight home runs, 48 RBI, 52 runs scored and eight doubles · on the mound, Fritcher held a sensational 11-0 record with a 1.55 ERA and 90 strikeouts in 49.2 innings pitched · he picked up a victory on the mound in leading Hayfield to the Class A State Championship game · a three-time all-section and all-conference team honoree, Fritcher also helped lead his high school's basketball team to a state title in 2021 · he grabbed an incredible 29 rebounds in Hayfield's state semifinal basketball win over Legacy Christian to help the Vikings reach the state title game · the No. 12 overall player in the state according to Prep Baseball Report, he ranks as the No. 3 outfielder in Minnesota · Perfect Game has Fritcher as the No. 43 player in the state (No. 15 outfielder) and No. 475 player nationally · he also considered Arizona, Quincy and South Dakota State in the recruiting process.
PERSONAL Native of Hayfield, Minnesota · the son of Jodi and Shannon Fritcher, he also has an older brother, Jadyn · intends to major in kinesiology at Minnesota.
