WHY MINNESOTA: "I chose the University of Minnesota for the opportunities in both academics and baseball. Since the first time I stepped on campus, it felt right. I could really feel the Gopher pride walking the streets of Dinkytown and could see myself playing on Siebert Field wearing the Maroon and Gold. I felt welcomed and wanted by the coaching staff and current players and intend to live up to the standards that they have set. The University of Minnesota offers a world class education while sustaining that Midwest feel".
