HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bishop McNamara High School in Kankakee, Ill. ⢠wore No. 7 for the Fightin' Irish ⢠as a senior, was limited to only two games as he was sidelined with a broken hand ⢠as a junior, caught 34 passes for 881 yards and 15 touchdowns as team won the Class 3A state championship ⢠ranked as a three-star prospect by Rivals, Scout, ESPN and 247 Sports ⢠Scout ranked him as the No. 85 receiver in his class and as the No. 4 receiver in Illinois ⢠Scout also listed him as the No. 87 recruit in the Midwest ⢠Rivals tabbed him as the No. 17 recruit in Illinois, while 247 Sports had him at No. 35 ⢠ESPN ranked him as the No. 8 recruit in his state and as the No. 90 receiver in the nation ⢠coached by Rich Zinanni ⢠also lettered in basketball.
