HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Lakeville South High School • as a senior, served as a team captain and helped lead team to a 6-5 record • rushed 118 times for 565 yards and five touchdowns • caught 32 passes for 280 yards and two touchdowns • returned 10 kickoffs for 166 yards • coached by Larry Thompson • also lettered in track and hockey.
