Caleb Richardson joined the University of Minnesota as an Offensive Line Assistant in January 2026. He previously volunteered with the program during the 2025 season. 

Prior to Minnesota, he was a graduate assistant at Northern Illinois from May 2023 – January 2025 and he was also an assistant coach at Sioux Falls from December 2022 – May 2023. 

Richardson also spent time at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire after playing offensive line at Bethel from 2018-21.
