2012 ? SOPHOMORE SEASON: Competed in 12 games, starting eight ? made 16 catches for 189 yards ? longest catch of the season was 40 yards against Syracuse ? named Academic All-Big Ten. Game-by-Game: Made his first collegiate start at UNLV and had a team-high four receptions for 49 yards ? caught one pass for nine yards vs. New Hampshire ? recorded three receptions for a team-high 67 yards vs. Syracuse, which included a 40-yard catch ? made one catch at Iowa and two against Northwestern ? missed game at Wisconsin with an injury ? competed vs. Purdue, against Michigan and at Illinois, but did not record any statistics ? made three receptions for 22 yards at Nebraska ? had one catch for 13 yards vs. Michigan State ? made one catch vs. Texas Tech, a 17-yard touchdown, which was the first score of his career.

FRESHMAN?SEASON: Played in nine games as a true freshman ? hauled in eight receptions for 156 yards ? led the Gophers in receiving yards in victory against Iowa ? also had career-long catch of 61 yards vs. Hawkeyes. HIGH?SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Edina High School ? caught a team-high six touchdowns for the Hornets as a senior ? led team with 35 receptions for 540 yards, averaging 15.4 yards per reception ? hauled in 21 receptions for 534 yards and four scores as a junior in 2009 ? won the Minnesota Class AA state championship in the 100 and 200 meters, while finishing as the state runner-up in the long jump ? coached by Kim Nelson.
PERSONAL: Devin Crawford-Tufts was born December 13, 1992 ? son of Gary Crawford and Debbie Tufts ? sociology major ? also a member of the Minnesota men's track and field team, competing in short sprints and hurdles.
