PRONUNCIATION
2018 SEASON • Played in six games and missed seven with injury. Game-by-Game: Started against New Mexico State in his Minnesota debut • started against Fresno State and notched one tackle • tallied one tackle against Miami • recorded one tackle against Maryland • notched three tackles against Iowa • missed six games due to injury • returned against Wisconsin and made one tackle • missed Quick Lane Bowl with injury. 

OVERVIEW: Sat out the 2017 season in compliance with NCAA transfer rules • granted a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA and has two years of eligibility (2018-19 and 2019-20) remaining at Minnesota.  

PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Spent three years at Alabama, which included a redshirted season in 2014 • notched one tackle against ULM as a redshirt freshman and one tackle against Western Kentucky as a sophomore.

HIGH SCHOOL: Took part in the 2014 Under Armour All-America Game • a four-star recruit by ESPN • was the No. 18 defensive tackle in his class by ESPN, No. 33 by Scout, No. 34 by 247Sports • earned honorable mention 5A all-state honors from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association as a senior at Airline High School in 2012 and 2013 • earned team defensive MVP and All-Metro accolades as a junior • recorded 66 tackles including 26 for a loss and two sacks in his junior season • coached by Bo Meeks.
