2020 • SENIOR SEASON: Competed in seven games • rushed for seven yards and two touchdowns, caught three passes for 38 yards and completed one pass for 20 yards. Game-by-Game: Competed against Michigan • rushed two times for two yards and one touchdown at Maryland • carried the ball two times for six yards at Illinois • saw action against Iowa • caught one pass for 20 yards and rushed two times for three yards and one touchdown against Purdue • competed at Nebraska • caught two passes for 18 yards and completed one pass – 20 yards to Bryce Witham – at Wisconsin.

2019 • JUNIOR SEASON: Played in 12 games • rushed 29 times for 99 yards and five touchdowns and also caught one pass for eight yards • lone completion was a 1-yard touchdown pass (third of his career) to Bryce Witham in the Outback Bowl. Game-by-Game: Lone rush against South Dakota State was a 1-yard touchdown • saw action at Fresno State • notched the tenth rushing touchdown of his career against Georgia Southern • rushed one time for two yards at Purdue and five times for 16 yards against Illinois • competed against Nebraska • missed the Rutgers game with an injury • picked up 34 yards on six carries and scored two touchdowns against Maryland • rushed three times for six yards and one touchdown against Penn State • gained eight yards on two carries at Iowa • lone rush at Northwestern was a 25-yard scamper • rushed for four yards and caught one pass for eight yards against Wisconsin • rushed three times for seven yards and threw a one-yard touchdown pass to Bryce Witham in an Outback Bowl win against Auburn.

2018 • SOPHOMORE SEASON: Was utilized as a wildcat quarterback and receiver • rushed 76 times for 282 yards (had only one negative rush all season) and eight touchdowns • completed 4-of-5 passes for 36 yards and two touchdowns and also threw for a successful 2-point conversion • caught two passes for 37 yards. 2017 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in one game as he made his Minnesota and collegiate debut as a reserve at quarterback against Middle Tennessee.

HIGH SCHOOL: Enrolled at Minnesota in January 2016 and participated in spring practice • attended Allen High School in Allen, Texas • helped lead the Eagles to a 14-1 record and a berth in the state championship game • completed 81 passes for 1,481 yards and 19 touchdowns and rushed 99 times for 865 yards and 10 scores • coached by Tom Westerberg at Allen • played three years at East Ridge High School in Woodbury, Minn., before his family moved to Texas • as a junior, led Raptors to a 9-2 record as a junior and to the state quarterfinals • completed 142 passes for 1,850 yards and 20 touchdowns and also rushed 107 times for 551 yards and five scores • named All-Metro Second Team • as a sophomore, completed 86 passes for 1,323 yards and 13 touchdowns and rushed 53 times for 182 and two scores as team went 8-2 • as a freshman, completed 75 passes for 1,243 yards and 10 touchdowns • rushed 47 times for 98 yards and three scores as team finished with a 5-4 record • coached by Mike Pendino at East Ridge, where he also played basketball • ranked as a four-star recruit by Scout and ESPN, while Rivals and 247Sports gave him three stars • Scout tabbed him as the No. 4 quarterback in Texas and as the No. 23 quarterback in his class • 247Sports listed him as the No. 10 dual-threat quarterback and ESPN had him as the No. 15 dual-threat quarterback • Rivals had him as the No. 50 recruit in Texas, while 247Sports had him at No. 53 and ESPN has him at No. 66.
