Marlee Davis
Marlee Davis was named Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting for Minnesota in May of 2026.

The move to a full-time role comes after Davis spent the previous three years working with Gopher Football as student assistant .

Davis has been a recruiting student assistant since February of 2023. Her duties include participating in the organization, coordination and execution of all on-campus recruiting events, including unofficial visits, game day visits, and official visit weekends. She also assists in the travel logistics and lodging for coaches on the road, collaborating in the data organization of recruits, and executing major events and meals for recruit visits.

Davis also gained valuable experience during her time as a undergrad by working as an operations student assistant, as well as a administrative student assistant, from February of 2023 to August of 2024.

The former saw her working with the P.J. Fleck RTB Football Camps, as well as participating in the organization and execution of major operations events including Alumni Weekend, Fall Camp, and Bowl Game Operations.

The latter featured Davis undertaking diverse tasks for different departments, working alongside full-time staff to coordinate and manage visitor logistics, and assisting in handling mailing services as well as overseeing office inventory.

Davis has also taken part in the 2026 NFL Women's Forum and the HBCU Legacy Bowl Career Fair.

Davis is expected to graduate from Minnesota in the spring of 2026 with a degree in strategic communications in the Hubbard School of Journalism, as well as with a minor in leadership in the College of the Liberal Arts.
