HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Howard High School, where he helped the Lions (12-1) win the Howard County championship and make the state semifinals ⢠played his entire senior season as a 16-year-old ⢠named the Baltimore Sunās 2014 All-Metro Defensive Player of the Year and the Howard County Times and Columbia Flier Football Defensive Player of the Year ⢠earned first-team all-state honors ⢠led a defense that held opponents to 7.5 points per game and shut out five teams ⢠recorded 101 tackles and 38 quarterback hurries as a senior ⢠his 42 tackles-for-loss included 17.5 sacks ⢠also recorded one interception, one fumble recovery and one touchdown ⢠coached by Bruce Strunk ⢠also lettered in track and basketball ⢠received three stars from 247Sports and was listed as a two-star prospect by Rivals.
