2017-18 Senior Season: At the Big Ten Championships, finished sixty-seventh in the 50-yard free (21.16), fiftieth in the 200-yard free (1:39.88), and fifty-eighth in the 100-yard free (45.92). • placed eighth in the 50-yard free (21.79) vs. the University of Iowa • took eighth place in the 200-yard free (1:48.41) and eighth place in the 100-yard free (47.67) against Florida State.

2016-17 Junior Season: Improved to 1:44.88 in the 200-yard free against Iowa • earned a 1:44.49 in the 200-yard free at the Minnesota Invitational • earned three top-10 finishes at the Jean Freeman Invitational: 100-yard free (46.37), 200-yard free (1:41.88), and 500-yard free (4:41.76).

2015-16 Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • recorded seven top-five finishes during the regular season • at the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Hansen finished 31st in the 200 free, 55th in the 100 free and 57th in the 500 free • won the 200 free and 500 free, and notched a personal record in the 100 free (45.44) at the 2015 Jean Freeman Invite.

2014-15 Freshman Season: At the 2015 Minnesota Challenge, Hansen recorded three 2nd-place finishes in the 50 free, 100 free and 200 free, as well as a finishing 4th in the 500 free (2/6-2/7) • finished 9th in the 100 free, 10th in the 200 back, 14th in the 100 back and 12th in the 500 free at the 2014 Jean K. Freeman Invite (12/5-12/6) • at the 2014 Arena Grand Prix at Minneapolis, Hansen finished 51st in the 50 free, 53rd in the 200 free, 55th in the 100 free and 61st in the 500 free (11/20-11/22) • competed in the 200 IM against Iowa (10/31) • raced the 500 free vs. North Dakota (10/31) • finished 8th in the 200 free against Wisconsin (10/17) • made his collegiate debut at Arizona State where he finished 6th in the 200 free and competed in the 100 free (10/4).
