2017 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran two races, clocking a season-best 6K time of 22:35.4 as the 10th Gopher in 20th overall at Jack’s Run • finished 24th overall as the sixth Gopher at Rocky’s Run (24:34.6).

2018 Indoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran four races • ran a career-best 5:22.09 in the mile at the UST Showcase • ran a season-best 10:32.81 in the 3,000m at the Parents Day Invite.

2018 Outdoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran four races • ran a career-best 10:16.74 in the 3,000m while racing unattached at the Janis Rider Invite • ran a career-best 17:46.91 in the 5,000m at the Tommie Twilight.

2016 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran in six meets this season • recorded a career-best 6K time of 22:14.9 to finish 10th overall and eighth on the team at Jack’s Run • finished fifth overall and fourth on the team at Rocky’s Run in 23:46.3.

2017 Indoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran five races, including clocking career-best times in the mile (5:25.73) and 5,000m (18:12.85) • won the 5,000m at the Parents Day Invite.

2017 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran four races, including recording career-best times in the 1,500m (5:01.09) and 10,000m (37:19.22) • posted a season-best time of 18:01.92 in the 5,000m.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Chaska High School where she ran track for coaches Kristin Weinzierl and Kyle Zygarlicke • three-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field • owns high school personal-best times of 14:52.6 in the 4K in cross country and 5:28.44 in the 1,600m and 11:25.68 in the 3,200m on the track • placed 64th overall as team finished 14th at the 2014 Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship • named 2014-All Metro West Conference honoree after placing fourth at the 2014 Metro West Conference Cross Country Championships.
