Served as an assistant captain during his senior season in 2018-19 • skated in 143 career games at Minnesota with 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists) • played in 96-straight games to close out his career including every game as a junior and senior • helped Minnesota capture two-straight Big Ten regular-season championships in 2016 and 2017 • three-time Academic All-Big Ten • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar (2019) • four-time letter winner. 

2018-19 | SENIOR SEASON 
Assistant captain • skated in all 38 games as a senior for the Maroon & Gold • recorded four points (three goals, one assist) • team was 3-1-0 when he recorded a point • tallied a goal for his final point with the Gophers in a 5-2 win against Arizona State as Minnesota improved to 9-0-2 on Senior night in the last 11 years • recorded a career-high 27 blocks -- his third-straight campaign with at least 20 blocks • Academic All-Big Ten • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar • earned fourth letter. 

2017-18 | JUNIOR SEASON
Skated in all 38 games for the Gophers as a junior • recorded new career highs for points (10), goals (four) and assists (six) during the 2017-18 campaign • added 24 blocked shots • scored in the season opener at UMD on Oct. 6, 2017 • set up the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over Michigan State on Jan. 20, 2018 • set a new career best with points in three-straight games from Jan. 13 to Jan. 20 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned third letter. 

2016-17 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in 36 games during his second collegiate go-around • earned five points including his first collegiate score (one goal, four assists) • opened the season with a scoring effort, tallying an assist at Alaska Anchorage on Oct. 7, 2016 • scored a goal and an assist in exhibition against the USA Under-18 Team on Oct. 14, 2016, setting the stage for his first Gopher goal the next week at St. Cloud State on Oct. 22 • added two assists against Michigan State on March 10, 2017 • Academic All-Big Ten • earned second letter. 

2015-16 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Skated in 31 games as a rookie for the Gophers • recorded five assists on the season • notched his first career point with an assist against Penn State on Jan. 9 and followed up with another in the next game against Michigan State on Jan. 15 • recorded his first career multi-point game with two assists in a 9-2 win at Wisconsin on Jan. 23 • picked up an assist against Michigan on Feb. 26 • team was 4-0-0 when he tallied a point • earned first letter. 

JUNIORS/HIGH SCHOOL
Spent two seasons with the Penticton Vees in the BCHL and served as an alternate captain in 2014-15 • helped Penticton capture the Fred Page Cup as 2015 BCHL champions, rallying from a two-game deficit to Nanaimo to win the series 4-2 • the Vees also won the Ryan Hatfield Memorial Trophy as BCHL Interior Conference champions and the Ron Boileau Memorial Trophy as the BCHL team with the most regular-season points (89) in 2014-15 • Penticton represented the BCHL in the Western Canada Cup and the RBC Cup in 2015 • tallied 38 points (17 goals, 21 assists) in 54 regular-season games during 2014-15 while adding nine points (three goals, six assists) in 22 playoff games • recorded 25 points (nine goals, 16 assists) in 57 regular-season games in 2013-14 and added eight points (one goal, seven assists) in 11 playoff games that year • appeared in 111 career BCHL regular-season games with 63 points (26 goals, 37 assists) and added 17 points (four goals, 13 assists) in 33 career playoff games • previously skated at Minnetonka High School for two seasons with Gophers Steve Johnson and Vinni Lettieri • All-Lake Conference honoree in 2013 • helped Minnetonka win back-to-back Lake Conference titles in 2013 and 2014.

Native of Chanhassen, Minn. • son of Mike and Jill Ramsey • father played for the Gophers and was part of the Miracle on Ice team at the 1980 U.S. Winter Olympic Games before a lengthy NHL playing and coaching career • has two sisters, Rachel and Hannah • sister, Rachel, was a captain for the Minnesota women’s hockey program and helped the Gophers win three national titles • competed in the 2013 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game in Pittsburgh, Pa. • selected in the seventh round (208th overall ) by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft • lists winning the BCHL championship in overtime as his most memorable sports experience.
