Named Minnesota’s Frank Pond Rookie of the Year • appeared in 32 games as a freshman • totaled one goal and eight assists for nine points • notched his first collegiate point with an assist in the season opener, a 3-0 win over RPI • tallied his first career mulit-point game with two assists in a 6-2 road victory at Boston College • scored his first collegiate goal in a 6-2 victory against Penn State to help the Gophers clinch the Big Ten regular-season title • earned first letter.

A product of the U.S. National Development Team Program in Ann Arbor • represented the U.S. at the 2015 IIHF World Junior Championship in Toronto and Montreal • earned a gold medal with Team USA at the 2014 IIHF Under-18 World Championship in Lappeenranta, Finland • also earned bronze medals at the 2013 Five Nations Tournament in Finland and the 2013 World Under-17 Challenge in Canada • played on the U.S. Under-18 Team at the 2013 Four Nations Tournament in Turku, Finland.
