2016-17 Senior Season:Â Clinched two third-place finishes at the Jean Freeman Invitational: 100-yard free (44.82) and 200-yard free (1:38.60) - earned second place in the 200-yard free with a 1:40.85 against Iowa.

2015-16 Junior Season: Tallied eight top-five finishes during the regular season - At the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Huft finished 53rd in the 100 free, 54th in the 200 free and 61st in the 500 free.Â

2014-15 Sophomore Season: At the 2015 Minnesota Challenge, Huft finished 14th in the 100 back and 21st in the 100 fly (2/7) - Finished 8th in the 200 free and 9th in the 500 free against Purdue and Northwestern (1/30-1/31) - Finished 6th in the 200 free at N.C. State (1/23-1/24) - Placed 5th in the 200 free at Hawaii (1/7) - Finished 2nd in the 500 free, 4th in the 100 free and 21st in the 100 fly at the 2014 Jean K. Freeman Invite (12/5-12/6) - During the 2014 Arena Grand Prix at Minneapolis, Huft finished 26th in the 200 free, 41st in the 100 free and 32nd in the 500 free (11/20-11/22) - Placed 2nd in the 100 free and 7th in both the 200 free and 500 free at Florida (11/8) - Finished 3rd in the 200 free and 5th in the 500 free against Iowa (10/31) - Placed 1st in the 1000 free vs. North Dakota (10/24) - Took 4th in the 500 free and 5th in the 200 free against Wisconsin (10/17) - Placed 3rd in the 200 free and 4th in the 100 free at Arizona State (10/4).

2013-14 Freshman Season: Placed 1st in the 1650 free (15:45.05), placed 2nd in the 200 free (1:39.49), and placed 4th in the 500 free (4:42.05) at the Minnesota Challenge (02/07/02/08) - Placed 7th in the 500 free (4:36.98), placed 3rd in the 500 free (4:36.98),placed 8th in the 200 free (1:41.87), and 1st in the 200 free (1:41.87) vs. NC State - Placed 20th in the 100 fly (53.09), placed 17th in the 100 free (47.48), and placed 3rd in the 200 IM (1:55.70) at the Jean Freeman Invitational (12/06-12/07) - Placed 9th in the 1650 free (16:12.21) and 12th in the 500 free (4:40.37) at the Minnesota Grand Prix (11/15-11/16).

High School: Graduate of Edina High School (2013) - lettered on his swim team under instruction of Art Downey - received All-American honors in the 500 free, 200 free, 200 medley relay, and 400 free relay - member of the Edina Swim Club - entering his freshman year with times of 15:43 in the 1650 free, 4:27 in the 500 free, and 1:39 in the 200 free.
