2023 Outdoor Track & Field • Graduate Season: Reached the NCAA West Regional in the javelin in his lone season with the Maroon and Gold... Earned a bronze medal at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a lifetime best, and school record javelin throw, of 72.15m (236-8)... Placed 13th at the NCAA West Regional, missing out on a spot at the national meet by one position with a throw of 67.96m (222-11)... Tossed a mark beyond 70-meters for just the second time in his career at the time at the Clyde Hart Classic (70.14m | 230-1) to win the event... Made his Gopher debut at the Longhorn Invitational, winning the javelin event... Finished third at the USF Bulls Invitational with a mark of 67.88m (222-8)... Won the Running on Hope Invitational javelin event with a throw of 63.65m (208-10)... Was third at the Drake Relays with a javelin mark of 68.29m (224-0).
PRIOR TO MINNESOTA:
He is a three-time NCAA qualifier at Notre Dame in javelin and narrowly missed out on his first trip to Eugene with a 13th place finish this past year. He was the ACC runner up in 2021 with a personal best throw of 70.23m (230-5) and is a three-time scorer in the event at the conference meet. He was a top 10 finisher at the New Balance Nationals as a junior at The Pingry School. He was also state runner-up in New Jersey and his father and sister also attended Notre Dame.
