2015 - Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran six races - placed fourth on the team in 12th overall at Rocky's Run (24:35.1) - placed fifth on the team in 29th overall at the Tori Neubauer Invitational in a season-best 23:07.43 - placed sixth on the team in 46th overall at the Blugold Invitational in 23:39.8.

2014 - Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran six races - placed among the top seven Gophers at four meets - finished 26th overall and eighth on the team at Oz Memorial, finishing the 6K in 24:04.2 - clocked a 24:46.5 at the Griak as the 17th Gopher - placed seventh for the Gophers and 57th overall at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invite in 23:44.1 - finished second on the team and 36th overall at the Tori Neubauer Invitational, covering the 6K in a season-best 23:13 - placed 13th overall and finished seventh for the Gophers at Jack's Run in 23:17.0 - finished as the third Gopher in 11th overall at Rocky's Run (24:10).

2013 - Redshirt Freshman Season: Raced in five meets - ran a career-best 22:47.6 as the Gophers' fourth runner (22nd overall) at the Neubauer Invitational - was the eighth Gopher in two meets, recording a time of 22:54.7 in 10th overall at Jack's Run and finishing in 23:42 in 14th overall at Rocky's Run - also raced at the Griak Invitational (23:18.9) and the Oz Memorial (23:49.9).

2012 - Freshman Season: Redshirted her freshman season.

High School: A graduate of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School - state cross country competitor in 2011 - All-Northwest Suburban Conference in 2011 - finished seventh in the 3200 meters as a senior - held a season-best time of 11:01.92 in the race - graduated with highest honors.

Personal: Born March 5, 1994 - daughter of Becky and Jim Cabak - has a brother, Jonathan - majoring in chemical engineering.
