2011 Junior Season: Competed in four meets ran a season-best time of 25:06 at the Bluegold Invite raced 25:36 at the Tori Neubauer 6K clocked a 27:26.85 running at the Roy Griak Invitational
2010 Junior Season: Did not compete
2009 Sophomore Season: Redshirted the season.
2008 Freshman Season: Ran in four meets ran season-best time of 24:26.29 at UW-Eau Claire Invitational.
High School: A 2008 graduate of McDonnell Central Catholic High School high school coaches were Marty Bushland and Steve Roesler a three-time all-state honoree, once in cross country, twice in track placed seventh in the Wisconsin Division 3 State cross country meet as a sophomore in 2005 placed 12th as a senior and 17th as a junior state placewinner as a junior (third) and freshman (fourth) in the 3,200 meters 2007 Cloverbelt Conference cross country medalist conference 3,200 meters champ as a junior earned four varsity letters in cross country, two in track and cross country skiing a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born May 14, 1990 retail merchandising major with a minor in management & mass communications daughter of Daniel and Debra Dahl has one older sister Brittany enjoys figure skating, biking, the outdoors, music and art.
