2022 Gymnastics Signing Day Roster

A Minnesota native, Lyden is a four-time national qualifier. In addition to her multiple Minnesota State floor, bars and beam titles, Lyden is a two-time Regional beam champion as well as a Regional bars champion. In 2022, she was a Region 4 bars and beam champion.
Lyden was coached by former Gopher Lori Kinder Roskoski, and joins the Gophers after signing her National Letter of Intent. She plans to major in business and marketing at the University of Minnesota.
"I chose the University of Minnesota because the minute I stepped on campus it felt like a family to me, I loved the energy and positivity that they created and I knew that this was going to be my future home," Lyden said. "I absolutely love the coaching staff and the team atmosphere as a whole, these bonds were indescribable. This school is like no other, and I can't wait to become a Golden Gopher!"
